Why me?

I’m older, reliable and quiet. I’ve got references from both roommates and landlords. I don’t drink or smoke anything. I have an 820 credit score and keep a big safety net worth of rent. I’m friendly and considerate. I’m clean and tidy.

How do I make a living?

I’m a freelance video editor, videographer, director, producer, photographer, and graphic designer. I do ok, but not enough to have my own place in NYC. I mostly work on my laptop and spend a lot of time in my room, but I make a point to get out as much as possible.

Where do I live now?

I live in a 150 square foot month-to-month room in a 3-bedroom apt. in Ridgewood, Queens. I have 3 roommates who seem to like me. I would just like something a little bigger and also maybe a more user-friendly kitchen. I also rent a 2,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Wilmington DE. Sometimes I go and stay there for a bit.
